Founded by Bruno
Michaud in 2001, BMD Design is a creative studio based in Bordeaux,
France, and open to collaborations worldwide. Positioned at the
crossroads of art, craftsmanship and graphic design, the studio
develops distinctive visual identities, branding systems and
handcrafted graphic creations that are rooted in meaning rather than
trends.
Trained at the École de Jolimont in the early 1990s, Bruno has built a practice where drawing remains at the heart of every project. Every logotype, emblem, lettering or graphic composition begins by hand before taking its final form. This commitment to craftsmanship is reflected in every line, every proportion and every detail, giving each creation a unique character and lasting value.
